[Resolved] Delhivery — Product not returned even after 17 days

A reverse pickup for my smartphone was arranged and scheduled on 06th october which eventually got completed on 10th Oct 2015 from Hyderabad. Upon tracking my order, i found that it has not yet moved from the current city.I called customer care multiple times and the only response that i got my their side was that they have initiated the request on high priority basis and it will be shipped soon. However it wasn't shipped until 18th, when the status actually changed to Bangalore (Destination city).. However, even now its 27th October 2015 and they haven't returned the Product to the Seller and upon calling the customer care representative, the only response that the executive say is that product will be be delivered with next 24-72 Hrs.

After complaining so many times, and complaining on ConsumerComplaint.in the shipment was returned within a day of the logging. my order id was 10037904 They should really improve their service to serve better. However, will never trust on Delhivery for courier and shipments.
