Delhivery — Rude Delivery Agent | Unprofessional behavior | |||
Placed an order (2 items) with Meesho which was shipped with Delhivery. The delivery agent came on scooter and was bunking horn, didn't even bother to get out. Later out of frustration, he got out and shouted the amount of both orders as they were Cash on Delivery when neighbours were looking. He kept one order near the gate and want me to make the payment. However, I mentioned to drop the orders at home sitout - no need to handoff to me because of the ongoing COVID situation. However he refused the same in a rude manner: He asked "Are there anyone in quarantine at your home?" I said "No". Then he said "You should come and take it then.". That was such a rude behaviour from any delivery agent. So, I also asked him to cancel if he can't deliver the order to sit out (standing from inside home). He told "That's better", picked up the order and left. I have a couple of online orders getting delivered these days especially from Flipkart, Firstcry etc. None of the delivery agents behaved so rude. I also noticed that the Delhivery office in my town (Pattambi town, Kerala) have a lot of similar negative reviews especially related to rude and unprofessional behaviour of delivery agents and management. It is such a shame on the entire Delhivery team that its' not being addressed yet. Was this information helpful? | |||
