[Resolved] Delhivery — Saree/clothing item

I purchased a saree worth ₹2900 (Prepaid order) from an online retailer www.raisfashions.com Delhivery was supposed to deliver the item (Awb:[protected] and i received sms saying the order was delivered, but i didn’t receive any package. Tried to connect with their support and customer care number (Which never rings). Very frustrated with the whole event. I need my money back or the original item i had ordered. Oct 06, 2020 Updated by Arpita Saha 1507 The online retailer contacted Delhivery support team and they gave a vague proof of delivery (a signature that doesn’t look like a signature) and said that the package was received by someone and signed. This is ridiculous since I didn’t sign that and this is clearly a case of fraud. I demand an immediate response on this case. I have uploaded the bogus proof of delivery that they provided to the online retailer for everyone’s reference. I had received an OTP from Delhivery to validate delivery, I fail to understand why the OTP was never validated with the person that they claim has received the package on my behalf. Oct 07, 2020 Updated by Arpita Saha 1507 Received my package today without any intimation from the delivery person. I don’t understand why Delhivery would mark my package as delivered before I receive it. Very bad experience and I will not recommend this courier service to anyone
