This in regards to the nightmare that i've been experiencing with delhivery.. Its been a week now that im expecting my package. Package details : shipment with awb number[protected] & order no. Epaal12290_ord_i497_1

Everytime i call i've been told it will be delivered within 24 hours, and now its a week.. It is very much obvious and understood that the first day when the package was out for delivery.. The delivery guy went out delivering other packages and when it was my package and maybe many others left for the day.. And because he might’ve got done with his shift.. He decided to just give all the undelivered packages back to the delivery hub.. And delhivery just simply updated as incorrect or incomplete address.. Its just a straight lie.. Now on monday when i called delhivery customer service.. They said a reattempt will be done the next day.. As the delivery guy couldn't find my address.. I mean he could’ve easily called on my number to check where my house it.. But he dint.. Now on tuesday nobody turned up.. I understand it was due to horrible weather.. I called on wednesday to ask for the package i spoke to shalini she said it was at lower parel hub and will be out for delivery and gave me an assurance and a guarantee saying that it was the last time i had to call and the package will be delivered on wednesday. Nothing turned up on wednesday. Now on thursday when i call, i spoke to an executive.. Where he tells me that the package is on its way to the seller.. I asked to speak to a supervisor.. I was kept on hold for more than 20 minutes.. I spoke to the supervisor dipanshu he says the package will be delivered within 24 hours.. And he would be personally look into the issue.. He was so rude.. He said he wants to deal with this professionally and asks me to be patient and be professional where i dint even use any abusive language or offensive language.. All i asked was "where the hell is my package?" he considered hell as an abusive word.. And he started with his rude behavior.. Now if delhivery asks me to be professional, where is the professionalism for the last 5 days.. I've just been given all false commitments and assurances.. Everybody just has a standard response.. That it will be delivered within 24 hrs.. But those 24 hrs has not finished yet.. Its been a week now.. Today when i spoke to garima singh the supervisor again at the contact centre based in the gurgaon office.. Even she had the standard response that it will be delivered within 24 hours.. I asked her where is the package she says its at cotton green hub.. I asked if she has the number or any communication details for the cotton green or the lower parel hub.. She says she doesn't have.. So when i asked her if she doesnt have any communication details for either of the hubs, how will she co ordinate with them for my package.. She dint have an answer to it.. She was just quite when i asked her to answer she just had one thing to say again asking me to wait for 24 hours.. I mean this is just ridiculous.. Nobody has answers to any of my questions.. Even the supervisors are useless. You know even if the delivery guy was crawling and getting the package, he would’ve reached my house by now in these 5 days.

I am just not happy with the kind of service delhivery is providing.. I’d correct myself “delhivery is not even providing service”.. This is absolutely horrendous

I am really frustrated with the kind of response i've been getting.. I am really looking for a full refund of the delivery charges.. And also compensation for the time and money wasted on making all those phone calls..

And i’m expecting my package at the earliest, i’m really running out of patience, pathetic service every experienced.

I will make sure that i will escalate this and also take this further.

I want someone from delhivery to call me and discuss this issue.
