[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — delay in delhivery | |||||
I had a delivery scheduled on 10th Oct, 2018 by pharmeasy medicine services. The product was shipped on the next day itself but it hasn't yet got delivered. There contact number is always busy and is not reachable. However, after lot of efforts, I contacted them and they said that they do not know why it hasn't been delivered yet. It is a medicine order which should be delivered at an urgent basis. But even after 5 days beyond the estimated date of delivery, the haven't delivered it yet. Oct 16, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved It was delivered on the same day that I posted a complaint. The courier boy was a bit arrogant of course but atleast he delivered the product on the same day.
Anyways I will take care of that delivery boy.

Thanks & Regards, Team Delhivery Oct 16, 2018 Updated by Ditu1308 Huh!!I recieved a message that it will get delivered today but then your agent calls me and says that there was some audit missing and all and asks me in the local language"Should I mark it as delivered and deliver it to you today or should I deliver it to you tomorrow".I said how can you mark it as delivered when you have not delivered it. So he said you will recieve it tomorrow then. Immediately I received a message which said that the agent tried to contact me but he failed and it is not going to be delivered today. Ofcourse he had called from another mobile number than it was mentioned in the message. I have the complete voice recording in my phone in the local language. In case it doesn't get delivered to me today then I am going to sue you guys through the district consumer court and now I have all the proofs against you and your agent. The marked contacts should be taken into account. The agent had called me through [protected]. I have provided all the screenshots. Go through it. I should receive it today else I will take help of the consumer court.
