[Resolved]  Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — delay in delivering

It’s been more than 10 days since i placed an order through case ki dukaan, it was shipped with delhivery on 27th of november. On the tracking site it was updated that the shipment arrived my nearest hub on 30th of november. Since then there is no updates in the tracking site. I called delivery customer care support a countless number of times and they said my shipment is misrouted. I still haven’t received my shipment.

I have given my office address for delivery of my courier.

They sat somewhere asking me to come to their place to collect my order unless they will left without delivering it.

the professionalism is zero.
