I didn't receive my parcel but in tracking status it is showing as delivered, i want to raise complain on courier boy.. With out delivering the product how he will put status as delivered.. I want my parcel to be get delivered asap. Please train the people when they get into job, there should not be fake details to be given about delivery

Have received the wrong order- defective items- from KV Fashion, Capital Plaza, BRTS Road, Surat. Tracking ID[protected]. Cannot reach Delhivery Customer Care Or the merchant (Phone number [protected]). Please refund. Paid Rs. 1089.

This is extremely unprofessional. Pls refund the money.
