[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — extreme delay of delivery

My shipment awb[protected] is due for delivery from 29/10/18 at my city. Even courier company posted false statement on tracking system that delivery was attempted but no one has contacted for delivery and i never differ delivery.
I want to know when delhivery is committed to deliver my parcel and if they wish to explain the reason for such a extreme delayed time

Updated by asimjain Today once again I received message from dehlivery that my shipment is out for delivery with contact no. of delivery agent. On calling to deliver agent no one is picking the phone neither I received any call. I suspect today once again I may see a false statement updated by courier company that receiver is not available/ door locked or customer differ the receiving date.
