[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — harassment/bad behaviour | |||
Hello, This is with regards to the extremely bad experience with the courier company "delhivery.com". It has been going for a month now and these people are still calling and disturbing me! It started with an order i returned through the company "bluestone" - order #b3w212t8, for which i was refused an acknowledgement receipt. I was later continuously called by this courier firm... Who shouted at me and argued. They finally provided me with the receipt through whatsapp! Since then they have been calling me almost everyday and taking ownership of all my parcels that earlier used to arrive through other courier companies as well! A furniture from flipkart was delivered broken. Order # od[protected] purchased by user "ambika naha". I had requested them to reschedule the delivery of this order, as it was past 6pm and i live in an army campus, where no civilian is allowed especially after that time! Not only did they delay the delivery of the order, but also delivered it broken! A parcel from united polo associtation - nnnnow, was cancelled, even without my permission! Even if i send someone with money to collect a parcel, the courier refuses to deliver it! They arrive any odd time to deliver - sometimes they call at 8pm! Since its not possible for me to go to the gate and receive it at all times, i send some help.in fact, even cancelling this parcel, they are going on calling me! Every call is strange... The person calls from multiple numbers... Till i pickup.. And then he shouts and argues or talks in a sarcastic manner! I have provided delhivery complaints with most of the phone numbers but this has not yet stopped! One person's name is jivan - he gave the name when my husband, who is out of town now for work, called him to find out whats going on! I was compelled to cancel all my orders - or reorder them so they could come through another courier. All these courier firms refuse to take customers signatures... If you ask them.. They say not required. However, none of the firms have misbehaved with me this way! There is no other way for me to receive parcels. On top of that, their website doesnt display updated information about returns or where our item is. If you call them, they block a customers number and in emails they address us as "naha"... The last name! Even after i stopped purchasing parcels.. They are going on calling... I have no idea what to do now! Incorrect messages are sent - they ask a customer to arrive at a spot to collect the parcel... When they have not yet arrived for the delivery! Sometimes they just send any message... Irrelevant! Would request you to do something about this... As all my parcels are waiting to be delivered or suspended... Because of what they are doing. I dont know what the issue is...
