[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — Item lost in transit | |
Ordered a microwave from TATA CLIQ which is shipped through Delivery Courier tracking id :[protected] . my item is not getting delivered from so many days it's in the wrong hub looks like it's misrouted. I filed several complaints on delhivery helpline but no resolution. My pincode is 148021 & its delivery centre is Malerkotla. Malerkotla is a delivery centre hub where my parcel will be out of delivery & delivered to my home address but this time the item reaches Ludhiana hub which is the wrong hub. please send my parcel to the right hub so it can be delivered to me. my item is stuck in ludhiana hub from 13 june 2020 its over 7+ days now no resolution provided by delhivery. Very worst service from delhivery . i have also file complaint on consumer forum. Was this information helpful? | |
