[Resolved]  Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — my product is not delivered but they are showing it is delivered and showing pod with fake signature

Sir/ma'am,
I kept my order through paytm from where the courier is taken by delhivery. My order is not delivered and they are showing it is delivered with fake signature on poa (Proof of delivery).. I raised this issue to them on the next day only. But communication with them is too slow. This is the third day after raising issue. But not resolved except their apologizes. They are still asking time to resolve... Please take action against this and help me.
