Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — my product was not delivered and it's lying in chennai hub for 3 days

Hi i ordered a aluminium ladder from amazon and it was shipped by delhivery with tracking no[protected].. The product has reached chennai hub on 16th morning which is hardly 40mons from my home.. I dont know for how many days it will be there?? Wen i tried to contact the person in hub he is answering rude and saying i[censored] want come and colect.. Dont know how amazon has partnered with delhivery.. If my product is not delivered today im gonna cancel the order.. And whenever i call customer care they keep repeating same dat it will be delivered in 24to 48 hrs..

Updated by S Venkateshan If my product is not delivered within today dat is on 21-10-19 i wont accept the product if the delivery executive brings the product..its cash on delivery only so i dont care.

Today I've got my Langmanni lipstick in the shade A02 from 'Delhivery.com'.. The shade I've got isn't the same I ordered, moreover the lipstick is broken.. So if possible let me know how can I return/exchange it.. My Awb no is[protected]
