My AWB No:[protected].The product is lying idle in their shop from last 3 days since 27th October. They are not delivering my order. Customer care is unreachable as well as email support is not responding.The product has reached its final destination hub which is only 2-3 kms from my home. But they are not delivering it. I ordered jewellery items from Club factory, shipment was to be delivered by Delhivery but no one came or called me and order status updated as Customer cancelled the order.
I called to customer care of Delhivery but no one responded on phone. I even tried Club factory customer care number but it said that the number is wrong.
