[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — pickup and refund | |||
Delhivery was supposed to pick up a damaged product for return so that i could get a refund from seller website nykaa. Return was initiated on 21st october. But, even after 9 days there is no pick-up. Courier tracking shows remarks as 'consignee unavailable' for 26th october which is absolute rubbish. 26th october i was at home all day and nobody called or came for pickup.
