Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — regarding delay of product

I have ordered 3 products on 8 july and the estimated delivery was on 26 july but after tracking it showing that the product is at custom for clearance since 18 july.
My tracking no is[protected]. There is no update of my product. Am i getting my products or not? And what is the reason behind delaying the product and please update tha tracking
