Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — regarding order cancellation

My name is surinder singh. I have ordered mi earphones black on 7/10/2018. Order is received at Sangrur Dc. But then at delhivery service end my order is cancelled... They show that they have called me multiple times... But i do not received any call regarding this product. Order costs 699 rs on which i got a discount of 200 rs...and that coupon was also available to me till 10/7/2018.
Now i dnt know why they cancelled this order without calling me.
