Hi, There is a parcel to be picked by shein - the executive has made no contact or effort to take it - keeps cancelling the pick up also never answers the calls. This has happened twice with the same executive a couple of times now. Sharing the executive’s number - [protected] Please arrange for an alternate person for delivery. ADVERTISEMENT

I received a mobile parcel through COD process.The phone is not working for the second day itself.The dealer is not responding properly and then he blocks me.I paid 14000 rs to the delhivery courier agent.Now I can't able to reach any of the m.Please help me to resolve this issue.
