Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — wrong items delivered

Had a concern regarding one of cash on delivery on 10th july 2019 by delhivery order with tracking id[protected] and order id lc-19-1818.

Rs.2499 collected and i was not allowed to open the package and now the package with item delivered was just fake. Instead of fusion5 tablet, it was just cheap quality pair of wrist watch.

I contacted delhivery customer service to stop the payment to seller but the contact center personnel denied.

Please help and co operate to stop payment to seller for the above mentioned order.

Updated by Om Subedi I could not find the contact for the merchant and I requested to hold the cash to be paid by courier to my merchant. They did not co-operate when I informed them I was scammed.
I received a call from seller minshop.com about the wrong product delivery and assured replacement and soon I will be contacted for reverse pick up but nothing such happened.
I tried contacting the same[protected] but no success. Help me out please.

Updated by Om Subedi You guys are so called delivery partners never help customers in resolving issues. I have asked you guys to hold the payment for merchant even immediate after delivery of my cash on delivery order but there was denial from your courier rather than being supportive. Now you guys are cooking up own stories. Find minshop.in payment account and provide details here so we can start the legal case.
