Delhivery — (Tracking id:[protected] where is my package? | |
I sent six packages from Bangalore to Kolkata on October 6th. Mode of transportation: surface and estimated date of delivery: October 11th. Five of them were delivered on October 17th and the remaining one (containing office stationery; tracking id in the subject) is surprisingly not yet delivered. There is no update on the package beyond October 13th on the tracking page except that the estimated date of delivery gets postponed everyday. The package does not arrive and the next morning the date is postponed further. In response to my repeated communications, I have been receiving vague reasons of outage at Dankuni warehouse and false assurances of earliest delivery. Interestingly, no commitments in terms of the date. Now, the process of postponement of the estimated delivery date seems to be eternal. I strongly suspect that Delhivery Direct has misplaced/lost my package. I do not think that I need to highlight the importance of office stationery to a logistics company like Delhivery. I earnestly request you to kindly look into the matter and confirm when exactly my package will be delivered. Was this information helpful? | |
