[Resolved]  Delivery Courier — Frustrating service by Delivery courier

My Tracking no is [protected]. I have booked a pair of pro biker gloves. This is a complaint about the shipment. I got a all from the Delhivery courier guy yesterday (22.3.2014).The agent came to my apartment. He asked me to come down to get the parcel since he was busy delivering to others. Eventhough I am on the 4th floor, i accepted in humanity that he will be roaming the city whole day. i was shocked that no one was there when i came down. I called the agent and he told me that he waited for 5 mins and since he has no time, he left. I told him that he is supposed to deliver the parcel to my door steps. but his reply was so rude and vulgar. he asked me to come to the bus stop. when i went there he told that he left. I was so angry and shouted at him. he simply told, its 7pm now. official working time is 10 am to 7pm. He also told this is my number and name, i[censored] want complaint to anyone. U will get the parcel only tomorrow or day after tomorrow. I tried calling to the courier office but no one attend the call till now. Still I didnt get the parcel. I really got frustrated. Bad service. I have paid for the shipping and treated very bad.. I want my money back or else I am ready to face anyone in the consumer court. That includes the shopclues, the seller and also the courier office.
