[Resolved]  Dell — Dell Vostro 2520 performance issue

Hi, We at M/S Cosmo Ferrites Limited, Jabli Distt-Solan HP-173209, are very old users of Dell Laptops and having a very good experince with Dell Vostro 2420. But now we have purchased four no. Dell Vostro 2520 Laptops from M/S Modern Computers Parwanoo, Distt - Solan HP-173220 . In this lot of Laptops, we are facing the performance issue, laptops are running very very slow and users are unable to do their work . We have discussed this problem with Dell Representative but not got any satisfactory answers. Even they have refused to give any support to solve this problem. We have installed only MS Office 2007 on these laptops and these applications are running perfectly fine on old Dell Laptops. Please look into this matter and provide us the support immediately.
