I had submitted my laptop in Thane dell service Center near talao pali, thane west
Engineer at the said service center had suggested me to replace mother board of mentioned laptop and gave surety that this will resolve the issue, for sure.
I had spoken to representative at said service center to make sure that replacing of mother board will solve the issue and paid full amount on the spot and had got three months warranty.
I must inform you that I had gave my laptop to replace mother board. I had paid rs 14000 on 14th November 2016,
I had waited patiently and co-oprated with the staff of dell there after received my laptop after two month that 12th January 2017.
after that i had hardly use the laptop for few days and again same mother board issue arise.
this mother board problem has happen twice after first received my laptop.
Now they had replaced it for third time and asking me the warranty is applicable from date which i had received first time. i had not yet collected my laptop
I need my warranty of 90 days as last when i will collect it . As i had just used it for few days. Maximum time it was in Dell Service center.
The service is not at all satisfactory, mother board part has getting some of the other issue. Their is no proper communication or acknowledgment from service center. they said their will be communication through email but i had not received a single email from dell.
I request you to give me 90 days warranty from day when i will recollect my laptop.
If it get any issue again or if i dint get 90 days warranty, than i will discontinue taking service from said service center . Also i want my money back or else I won't pick-up the mentioned laptop and I will have to definitely take up these issue 'Consumer Court' against dell for wasting my money and time is such dis-satisfactory service.
I had attached the receipt of 14000 and screen shot of message which i had received from dell.
