my laptop is working in very bad condition

Service technician from Green tech Service center attend my call today morning. but he will not attend my call

Updated by prabhash t Service technician from Green tech Service center attend my call today morning, and he says call me today evening. But in evening he will not attend my call, I call several times. I am Fed up with my DELL laptop. I think my old HP laptop is very good because it is still working very good condition.
