Dell India — Cheating with customer

Dear sir I brought a new Laptop from laptop
Seller when I complent with customer care
I received a mail which newly laptop already
used by a customer
Any laptop open with the help of e mail I'd
In massage customer Name is Important
But when I went to seller than he not replace neither give me refund price amount
