Dell India — complaining about dell company warranty cheating | |||
Dear sir, We have purchased vostro 3800 on 19 feb, 2016 from your store as getting 3 years on-site warranty in it on whole pc. On jan 2017 my keyboard stopped working for which i raised a complaint with request number[protected] and as a result company changed my keyboard of ppid cn-04g[protected]t7o and replaced with a new keyboard with ppid cn-0n6r8g-71581-5au-024i-a01. Today my keyboard has again got in fault and stopped working, for which i raised a complaint, but the call center rejected by saying that the ppid of keyboard you are giving us does not match with the keyboard we gave you as a replacement, and saying that may be we have swap our keyboard. This is some # which they told us as we have only 1 dell pc in our office and company person only gave us the replaced keyboard so what would i know what ppid we are getting or not, and we have no need to swap keyboard as our warranty covers for 3 years. This is some serious # which company person says to us and blaming us for the same. Kindly please do this matter on a very serious manner as it is a full fault of company and they are not taking a actions against it. I also have authorized:- 1. Old keyboard ppid image 2. New keyboard ppid image 3. Jan, 2017 month service request (When first got replaced) 4. July 19, 2017 month chat with customer executive for keyboard complaint. Please change our keyboard asap and tell the company persons to stop blaming to the customers for there mistake. Was this information helpful? | |||
