I purchased your laptop from a authorized dealer eurotech infosys delhi on 12 august 2016. I started using this laptop now n came across that it is super slow. I contacted your technical support team n they told that there is no problem with hardware n i have to pay for software issues again. I gave extra 8k to dell for windows n still this irrational behavior. The person who was providing technical support didnt gave any satisfactory answer. The dealer and your company are giving false promises about high speed n top rated performance. I have just landed with a 37k machine with only problems. Kindly solve the issue or replace my product. 1. Update if there is any update in Windows available for your OS.
Windows Update is the premier starting point to resolve most common driver issues you might experience.
Simply launch it from Start > Settings > Update and Recovery and click Check for Updates
2. Try to scan your laptop for any viruses
3. Uninstall the programs you don't use or you don't need.
Click Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program. From the list of programs that appears, click the program you want to uninstall, then click Uninstall.
