Dell India — Dell does not cares customer

Hi sir/madam,

I bought a Dell laptop on June 2021 by selling my birthday gifted bike. Model is i5 processor 11th gen Dell Inspiron. Rs.54, 000

The laptop is very very slow filed complaint against dell multiple times shown this laptop to Dell service center multiple times. No use. Simply waste of money.

I am begging please please return my money back or give me an another new laptop..

please I am a middle class men of getting pay 17, 000 per month. please hereafter I will not deserve to get laptop. Dell taught more lessons.please take this laptop..please sir/mam please help me.

Sir/mam,
They are just saying to spend more on getting SSD drive..I use laptop only for general word and excel purposes.But why should I spend more..completely waste upon their response
