I purchased dell laptop 2 years back and have had performance and disk 100% usage since the very first day. Could not use it for more than 4 hours in total since purchase. I raised multiple requests and visited service center multple times but it is not resolved. Everytime i want to get it fixed and use my laptop that just drive me crazy and explain that is how it is designed to work. Which is meaningless.

Spent inr 60000 to purchase and only got more pain every time i tried to get it fixed.

This is just cheating, could someone please help me resolve this and hold them accountable.

I got an email from someone claiming to Dell services and cheated me into thinking that they were going to refund and took 30000 INR. Please be careful. Can anybody help please

why did you paid to him, really you fool.
Give the police complaint on him.
I am not from dell. I am normal user like you, I don't need any money. I wiil you give link, visit that webpage, its free tips and tricks. follow it solve your self
