Dell India — Dell Inspiron 7570

I bought a Dell Inspiron laptop 7570 on 9th Jun 2019 from Croma. in less than one and a half year the hinge has broken twice. apparently when the hinge breaks the screen and the entire keyboard needs to be replaced. and this has happened without my fault.
This is a faulty production issue. The first time it happened the dell service providers tried very hard to convince me that it was my fault and I had to really fight to get it fixed. the second time it happened just a week after the warranty expired. I have been trying to get in touch with the service centers on call, email and other ways possible. but I haven't heard from them and they are refusing to even acknowledge me or my calls and the only answer they have is that my warranty ahs expired but dont acknowledge that they sold me a faulty product that keeps falling apart on its own..

I would like a full refund or an exchange.
