Dell India — Dell laptop adapter is not working

i purchased a laptop on dated 28/10/2021 from jharkhand

from last 4 working days laptop adopter is not working
i call customer care from last 4 days but till now its not replaced neither my coplain was registred.
I think customer care stff is not interested to take complain or they are intentionally harrasing myself
