Dell India — Dell laptop not received

Hello,
Your sales rep VIKAS AGARWAL has placed a order on 26th nov 2020 for my new laptop for which amount is prepaid (RS.38000)but yet Dell customer service is providing me no update its 3rd jan 2021 ..I haven't received my laptop nor my money is returned
