Dell India — Dell laptop overheating

As I purchased a new dell inspiron laptop on 20.02.2022 at chroma store banglore. And i found that my laptop was heating more than normal. So i went to chroma store and explained the things but they told they can't to do anything about this need a approval by dell for replacement of the laptop.
