Dell India — dell laptop problem from 2016

Dear sir
From 2016 i am facing problems in dell laptop and dell team are wasting my time by replacing its parts by sending defective or repaired parts. Resulting from about 16months my case is pending and everytime they are trying to prove me wrong. It results from last 16months i lost lot of my data, time, projects. Yet i have send you the problems in short. I will send you all the details information when required.
