I received my laptop on the 17th of august 2022, The laptop was defective from the day I purchased it. I want to replace it, I contacted the dell service several times and no one is helping me out. My laptop has a strong heating issue, like, it heats up in2 minutes. and it also has some hinge issues. there is a gap between the panel and the body which produces a sound and a strain while opening the lid. I want to replace the system. please help me, I have purchased this laptop for my studies. Already a lot of time has been wasted, please help me. customer service is providing the service setup but I don't want my new laptop to be repaired. why they have sent me defected laptop? Sep 21, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved I have got a new system. they have accepted my replacement request. However, It's not that easy to get the replacement.

still no progress. I got a call from Dell but no voice is coming and the call gets disconnected automatically.
It's been 14 days since I have raised the issue . please expedite the process.
