Dell customer support Grievance Details I ordered a Dell laptop through Flipkart in July 2021...from the beginning there is issue with internet connectivity..I tried to solve it by running troubleshoot and updated drivers..but still it didn't connect to internet..I called dell customer care but they said it's impossible for them to send a technician..if you can't send a technician and can't provide service what is the use of selling dell laptop.. didn't expect such a pathetic service from Dell support..I lost almost 57125 rs Was this information helpful? I called multiple times...they tried resolving my laptop through phone call..but same issue repeating again and again..I asked to send technician to resolve issue ..but no response from Dell support..I never suggest anyone to buy your products 🙏🙏
