I purchased a Dell XPS7950 on 29.03.2021 and there has been issue and replacement of the mother board for 3 times till now starting from July 2021 just after 3 months of the purchase. When I sent a big email asking for the device replacement+ warranty extension, they called and told me device would be replaced with an extension of warranty for 3months. Also, it would take in 30-40 days for this process.I lost almost 4 months from July to almost the end of this Oct.2021. I asked for an extension in warranty for a period of 3months+ 30-40days of the device replacement. They said that they would only give a 3months extension of warranty. I lost almost 4months already with this problem and the replaced device will be delivered another 30-40 days later. I couldn't accept it and I informed that if the device can be delivered within a week, I can accept for the extension of warranty of 3months. I was told that it is also not possible. The respectable executive who called us told that Dell is already going beyond it's policy providing a replacement. It is not our fault that Dell is in this situation. I have suffered enough. If you want to restore a little of my faith in the company, please be reasonable and provide the device replacement within 10 days with 3months extended warranty or provide the device replacement and extend the warranty to 3months+ replacement time if it will certainly take 30-40 days to deliver the replacement.
