Dear sir/madam,
I bought a laptop (With 1 year default manufacturer warranty) from dell site on 23-dec-2017 for rs.34, 490 and i was having problems with it since then. I registered multiple complaints about high disk usage (100% disk usage all the time) and after many many firmware upgrades and system updates (Both suggested by dell in email in jul-2018), it is still behaving the same and not letting me do any basic things like browsing or opening an application. Dell doesn't seem to understand the gravity of situation and constantly raise tickets and close it without providing any resolution. When requested today (13-nov-2018) about replacement or refund of money, the customer support agent said i have basic warranty and it doesn't cover replacement as there is no hardware failures as per their diagnostic tools. However, the laptop is of no use for me as it freezes most of times, and is no value for my money. Please note it is still under warranty and something tells me that dell wants me to go out of warranty and hence can say, can't do anything.
Please help me as this is nothing but cheating with inferior quality laptops that do not work.
