Dell India — internet speed coming very slow

I use Dell laptop 32 bit in windows 7 professional and i use Airtel WI-Fi Internet connection speed is coming very slow in my laptop and same internet connection use to oher laptop speed is 17 mbps. I already talked to Dell's service center but there was no any improvement please resolve my issues and take action asap.
