I had purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 5510 laptop on July 2021, The speakers in the laptop was making certain distorted noises when I played videos or music. I had reported this issue with Dell by November, and they had asked me to install a series of drivers, after that to reinstall the OS in my laptop.
When none of this worked, they sent engineers to replace speaker and motherboard of the laptop and it still did not rectify my issue.
Almost after 2 months, The Dell team then asked me to travel to the service center which is 50km away from my place and asked me to submit the laptop. After submitting it, they were not able to correct the issue and they said they would send me a replacement laptop as soon as possible.
I received the replacement laptop on 12/03/2022, but even the replacement laptop has the exact same issue, and the Dell team didnt even bother to check whether the replacement laptop has rectified the issue which I had reported.
On top of all this, they have sent me a laptop that does not have warranty, which means now I cannot even complain against this.
Is this service a company like Dell should provide to customers like us, I have been going after this issue for the past 3 months, and this is the treatment i get.
