Dell India — Laptop Payment done but Still no Order detail n status of despatch of my product

I have made a purchase of laptop on dell website, my payment also got debited from my A/c but even till date post 3 days i have been mailing Dell and still not got even a si gle mail from dell to update on my purchased. Highly unprofessional attitude of company towards customer complaint resolution.

the same issue has happened to me
their customer care executives are way too unprofessional
many a times they just disconnect the call in the middle of the conversation

neither dell is refunding the money nor delivering laptop

it has been 28 days since I placed the Order but dell has not even intimated me about the details of the
product for which I made the payment
