I purchased a laptop on 10th October from the official website and I've been trying to get it replaced since 13th October. I've spoken/sent mails to customer service countless times and they've been of no help at all. Not only do I get transferred from one department to another but the response from your team is slow it takes a week to get an acknowledgement. Staff promises to call back but no call and no reply on emails accept for we ate looking into your complaint I had sent a mail on 15 Nov to initiate refund and spike to your staff to start process for refund If it takes DELL to pick up the laptop when will they give me a new laptop??
