Dell India — laptops malfunctioning | |||
We purchased 10 dell laptops on 29th of may 2019 from a dell authorized dealer. All 10 devices purchased were extremely slow and hangs very often. Windows and other software in the laptop was given along the laptop by the company and are genuine. In the series of events post raising the issue with dell india, we have tried everything as per the guidance of dell technical person through telecom and visit. Issues with laptop was well understood by the person (Dell representative) who took the remote access. Even she acknowledged the systems are not working fine. Right from cleaning of drives to formatting of windows we have done everything. In last interaction with your dell we found that you are clearly running from the responsibility by saying it's not a hardware issue. We are being given laptops who are malfunctioning and dell india is not taking the responsibility to repair/replace them It's been more than 6 months now and we have been trying to reach them, unfortunately dell has stopped responding to our emails.
