Dell India — my touchpad not working

I have purchase inspiron 15 and its touch pad not working. When i called your service partner creative com infotech which is at noida they told me to come over there. But one thing i told you that i opted dell because your seller told me that we provide home service. I clearly tell you if you dont resolve it then i ll see you in consumer forum. Your seller misguide me to sell the product because he told me that we guys provide service at doorstep otherwise i am happy with sony wio but due to your seller misguide i go for dell. Before going to complain in consumer forum i decided to let you know about this. By tomorrow i ll complain about this in consumer forum..
