There Are Horizontal Lines On My Laptop Screen Which I Complaint About To Custmoer Care So They Sended An Engineer To Visit For Repairs So Then Engineer Changed The Display Then After Checking Display The Clearity Wasnt The Same, The Colours Were Dull The White Colour Seem To Be Yellowish That Means The Quality Was Poor Of The Display So I Told The Engineer That There Is Difference In The Colours Then He Checked And Called The Customer Care And Told Them About The Problem That There Is Difference In The Display But The Executive On Call Was Not Agreeing And Telling Engineer To Fit However It Is But Engineer Refused That There Is Difference I Cant Do That So He Gave Call To Me I Asked Him To Provide New Display Of Good Quality He Was Refusing So I Told Him That I Will File A Complaint Then He Was Saying That WHAT CAN U DO WHERE WILL YOU GO He Was Tring To Show That Customers Cant Do Anything They Cant Do Anything So I Told Him To Transfer The Call To His Manager And The Manager Talked With Me And Told Me To Give The Call To The Engineer And He Was Forcing Him To Fit The Poor Quality Display Then Again Engineer Rejected So The Manager On Call Told Him To Call His Senior Engineer To Complaint About Him That He Is Not Doing His Work So The Engineer Called His Senior And Told Him About What Is Going On After So Much Of Discussion The Dell Manager Told Him To Ask Customer That If The Customer Wants We Can Provide This Much Only And We Cant Give New Display And If He Rejects This Display Now We Will Not Provide Further Any Service Wheter In Warranty Or Not But I Rejected Because The Quality Of Display Was Very Poor Then After He Fitted Old Display Which Was Faulty And In Frustation He Even Didnt Fitted It Well Before There Was One Line On Display Now There Are Two And Outer Body Is Not Been Fitted Properly And Now I Am Facing Battery Problem Also Then The Very Next Day I Received A Call From Dell Customer Care They Told Me That The Part May Be Refurbished Or Reconditioned DEPENDS UPON THE AVAILABILITY OF STOCK So I Told Them That I Will Wait Till The New Stock Gets Available But They Are Refusing To Give The Commitment That They Will Provide Me New Lcd Display Not Reconditioned Or Refurbished So I Told Them That If You Cant Change The Display Then Change The Whole Laptop Because It Is Still In Warranty And I Am Facing So Many Issues With That Now They Are Sending Me One Mail Again And Again That Part May Be Refurbished Or Reconditioned And We Are Sorry We Cant Give Any Commitment
Please sir/madam help me out with solution
i have attachted a screen recording showing the difference of both the displays, a video showing improper fitting of outer body, image with lines on display & invoice
AND I WISH THAT THEY WOULD CHANGE MY WHOLE LAPTOP
