My name is tejas band. On september 9, 2020 i placed an online order of a dell "new vostro 15 3590" laptop from the official dell website. After that i got an order confirmation on my registered e-mail with an "internet receipt number" (Irn) with the help of which i can check my order status. Since then, i am regularly checking my order status and everytime it displays order "not yet assigned" message. On september 15, 2020, i replied back to the order confirmation e-mail to either assign and process or cancel my order because i was unable to cancel my order but sadly i got no response as of now. Its been over a week now and yet my order has not been processed which has got me a little upset and frustrated with the service. I have also approached my bank and submitted an application to stop the payment associated with this transaction as i have submitted my debit card details while placing the order. Also, my calls to the customer care are not been answered as i have dialled multiple times.
Long story short, i just want to cancel my order and get rid of it. Was this information helpful? |
