I have ordered a laptop dated on 30th June and payment done through netbanking. Cash deducted from account.until now I don't get any order information from them.when I call customer service they made me wait for 20to 30mins after that they cut my call.i send 4mail to them, until now I don't get any proper reply from them.it meaned they didn't given value for the customers.hope I will get my information soon.
