Two months back i have purchased built in cpu computor 20 inches, recently i started working on this unit. Unfortunatly while on working automatically it goes to sleeping mode. But it will not recover from sleeping mode. At the same time power is on. If i want to start working, i have to disconnect power cable and restart it. I called your call centre, they told us it is software mistake, they advised to approch dealer. I contacted dealer (I purchased from dell show room located at sadashivanagar) but he advised to take the computer service centre at far from my location. Is it the system of branded company. The software loaded by company while selling the computer. We have purchased on good faith now company showroom people not taking responsibility of computer working condition.
