Dell India — Poor service - issue not fixed after 5 months

Due to wear and tear, the hinges on my laptop (Dell XPS 13 9370) broke. I had bought it in the UK and paid a lot for the International Premium Support Plus warranty. I called for this in August. First time the engineer visited, he brought the wrong parts. Second time, he brought the wrong parts again. Then, the calling started. I have several calls that promise the service but then end up going nowhere. This happened throughout the months of September, October, and November. Then, these guys forgot all about it in December. I called again on 3 January. Was promised service today between 10AM to 12PM today. Didn't even get a single call. Suppose the ### was me who took a half day to get this resolved. I am never going to buy a Dell Computer again. I'll take my chances with ANY other company but Dell. I feel like a fool for wasting 300GBP buying their Premium Support Plus for 4 years at point of purchase.

Edit: While I had bought this laptop in 2018 in the UK, I shifted to India in 2019 and had called from India in August 2020. I completed their product service transfer procedures to Dell India.
