Dell India — Product was damaged with regular usage of stretching

I have purchased my product Dell Inspiron 15 3511 8gb ram 512 SSD i5 11th generation on 18th November 2021. And coming to problem is without any external damage laptop was damaged with regular stretching of laptop. This is rediculous. Am very very unhappy to purchase this product. I need urgent recovery of my laptop.
