I have purchased a dell laptop on july2021.
When i started using it i came to know that it has issues while doing restart and so i logged a complaint to dell technical support team. They tried to resolve it and have also assigned a technician for home visit and ram replacement.but the issue did not resolved. Then they told that they will replace the whole mother board for which i denied as it was a new laptop and so i asked for whole unit replacement after talking to there supervisors. They agreed and so they told me that it will take a month time at max to get it replaced. They started the whole process and finally they picked up my damaged product on 24 sep which got delivered to them on 28 sep 2021 (after tracking the product). Till then i have not received my replaced new product and neither i have any information regarding it. I have tried to connect many times with the support team over phone call and every time they told me that they will take follow up for it. I have also mailed to support team and even to [protected]@dell.com but have got no response. I dont to know with whom should i connect now to get my replaced product. Since the time i have purchased my product, i have been unable to use it and its been more then 3 months now. Kindly help me with this. Was this information helpful? |
